• I am located in the Philadelphia Main Line area. Currently, I am only offering virtual, online sessions until further notice.

  • I offer daytime individual and couples sessions during the business week. My group is on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30 pm. At this time, all sessions and groups are virtual.

  • Therapy is the best investment you can make in yourself. I accept all major credit cards, and payment is due at the time of service.

  • I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine whether therapy may be a good fit for you. To discuss the details of my rates for each service I provide, please contact me.

  • A reduced fee based on household income may be offered on occasion. I reserve several spots in my schedule to offer these reduced fee appointments, and when possible I will work with you to find a way for therapy to be financially sustainable.

  • I am considered an “out-of-network” provider, which means that I do not work directly with insurance companies. However, I’ve found that many insurance companies will cover my services as an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO, I can provide a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. A super bill is a detailed record of payment with special codes for what kind of service was provided along with my license number. You will need to pay for services at the time they are received and then seek reimbursement from your insurance provider afterwards.

I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company prior to your first appointment to determine your out-of-network mental health coverage. Some questions that may be helpful to discuss with your insurance carrier are as follows:

Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?

    • Once I hit my out-of-network deductible, what percentage will my insurance cover?

    • Is there a limit my insurance will pay for a 50-minute session (service code 90837)?

    • Is precertification required?

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I will help you complete the necessary forms to submit to your insurance carrier. However, you, and not your health insurance carrier, are responsible for payment.

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes, couples therapy sessions are 55 minutes, and group therapy sessions are 90 minutes.

  • My practice does not participate with insurance, so based on the No Surprises Act of 2022, you are entitled to request a Good Faith Estimate of charges. Please see this notice for additional information.
