Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for a broad range of concerns, including but not limited to: Trauma, Attachment, Depression, Anxiety, Relational Concerns, New Parents/Parenting, Pregnancy/Postpartum, Family of Origin Concerns, Grief/Loss, Sexual Assault, Identity Formation, Life Transitions.

Through individual therapy, you can gain greater insight into the origins of your concerns, deepen self-acceptance, relieve distress, and increase personal growth.

I provide twice a week, weekly, and bi-weekly individual therapy. We can discuss your particular situation to determine what schedule works best for your unique needs.
