Individual Therapy

Are you feeling stuck in familiar patterns, longing for change but unsure where to begin?

It is my belief that healing occurs through connection. My approach to therapy is grounded in the theory that our earliest relationships shape how we see ourselves and relate to others, and that through a safe, trusting relationship with a therapist, those patterns can begin to shift.

I offer individual therapy for a broad range of concerns, including but not limited to: Trauma, Attachment, Depression, Anxiety, Relational Concerns, New Parents/Parenting, Pregnancy/Postpartum, Family of Origin Concerns, Grief/Loss, Sexual Assault, Identity Formation, Life Transitions.

Through individual therapy, you can gain greater insight into the origins of your concerns, deepen self-acceptance, relieve distress, and increase personal growth. In our work together, we will explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. We’ll pay attention to the ways patterns in your past may still be impacting your present life while gently uncovering the (sometimes unspoken) stories that you carry. Our work together is about understanding you deeply, rather than focusing on “fixing” you. My hope is that through this, there will be new possibilities for connection, self-expression, and change.

I provide twice a week, weekly, and bi-weekly individual therapy. We can discuss your particular situation to determine what schedule works best for your unique needs.

I currently offer telehealth, virtual therapy to individuals in the Philadelphia area, the state of Pennsylvania, and nationwide. Visit my “Online Therapy” page to learn more.
